The primary aims of this course are to boost students' enthusiasm for the cello through music making and to encourage a sound basic technique. We believe passionately in using sight-reading, ensemble playing and improvisation to instil a sense of musicianship in each student. Daily choral sessions back up the various cello activities and emphasize the importance of harmony and aural training.
