8 Days: Saturday 19th - Saturday 26th July

The Adult Performance Course is based on our popular Performance Course and is designed for adults of post grade 8 standard who want to push their playing to the limit. The course is filled with opportunities to explore new, exciting cello repertoire and to develop technically and musically with inspiring teachers at the very top of their profession. Students will also receive masterclasses from Simon Morris and Philip Sheppard.

The course includes:
• Three individual lessons
• Masterclass with Simon Morris
• Ensemble masterclass with Philip Sheppard 
• Two daily ensemble sessions
• Rhythm training
• Cello orchestra
• Improvisation
• Choir
• Technique sessions with video analysis
• Performance opportunities
• Alexander technique
• Care of instruments
